Open Guided help from the workspace header for importing, review, storage and dashboard explanations. Import errors include a specific recovery step and never substitute demonstration data.

When reporting a problem

Reply to the invitation or message through which you received beta access. Include the page, browser, approximate time and the exact error wording. Do not send a real bank statement, workspace backup, passphrase, account number or transaction list.

Safe diagnostic details

It is safe to say whether the file was PDF, CSV or Excel; how many rows you expected; how many The Finance Friend found; and whether money in, money out or reconciliation differed. Use synthetic information if an example is necessary.

Urgent financial matters

The Finance Friend cannot contact a bank, stop a payment or give emergency financial advice. Contact your bank or relevant professional directly if money is at risk.
